• Commitment Ceremonies - All love is special. Do not let closed-minded people stand in the way of your happiness. Step out of the proverbial box and make your love for each other known to all of those that matter! If you aren’t quite ready for a legal marriage, a Commitment Ceremony is a great way to profess your love for each other without the legal ties that bind.

• Baby Blessings and Dedications - In many cultures, it is traditional not only to bless a new baby but also to present them to the Gods and Goddess, or the family. Although the Gods and Goddesses were probably aware of the imminent new arrival, it’s a nice idea to perform a formal presentation. By incorporating this Baby Blessing Ceremony, the child is joined to both The Earth and the heavens at the same time. This should be done fairly soon after the baby’s arrival, so the Gods and Goddesses can begin to form a relationship with the new family member.

• New Business / New Home Blessings and Dedications – All of us want our leaps of faith to be successful.  It can help to throw a little magic into the mix.  Each of these types of Blessings/Dedications can be simple or very elaborate. Each ceremony is also unique, just like our own situations. If you desire more information about creating something special for the newest path on your journey, contact me for a consultation and we can create a memorable experience to bless your steps into the future. Whether you’d like a specific God or Goddess or a special Angel to aide with the blessings, we can make it happen.

• Hospital Visits – Most people that end up in the hospital are usually only there for a dreaded emergency room trip that feels like it lasts for eternity, however, sometimes we get stuck there for longer than we’d like. I myself, have been there more than I like to recall. One thing that always bothered me, was that if I was feeling sad, afraid or lonely and wanted to talk to someone, my only choice was the resident clergy, which, when I was a practicing Christian, would have been fine. Being a born again pagan (LoL), I don't find much comfort with them. Once I spent four hours combing the phone book trying to find someone with whom to speak. I found no one. I want to be available for you or a loved one if someone finds themselves in a cold, sterile hospital bed with no one to talk to about the meaning of life.

• Institutional Visits – For support of the institutionalized and their family members as well, because sometimes this is a place where some family members don’t want to go, but it is a part of real life. There are many things I can offer here: I can make trips to visit with your family member to provide support for addiction or self-validation. Perhaps you would like for me to work on them with Angel Healing Therapy, Crystal Healings, Energy Balancing or Reiki. It is hard for all of the family when a loved one becomes institutionalized. The family lives day to day, missing their loved ones, hurting inside; while the one away from their family and friends rarely has a healthy way to deal with their pain and suffering. I can help with both sides. Sadly, much of the time, our institutional facilities don't provide true rehabilitation or constructive ways to help them maintain their feelings of self-worth. In addition to those, there are times when your loved one would like to marry someone special. Most institutions do allow weddings. I would love to help you make that day as special and their stay as bearable as possible.

• Wiccan Family Therapy  – This is an ongoing learning process for me... not many families are religiously "blended." Most families all follow the same religious path. However, as many people in the world are realizing that some of the old ways of thinking aren’t working for them anymore, more people are turning to new ways of thinking. While Wicca is based on one of the world’s oldest Earth based religions, Wicca itself is considered a fairly new faith and many younger people are turning to these new found, yet ancient ways of thinking. Many call it becoming awakened. Please take no offense if you do not care for this term. It simply is a term acknowledging that some people are looking for different ways to express their faith in their Higher Power/God/Goddess. Young and old are looking for religious freedom and walk in faith, their own way. I would like to help these newly blended families learn more about Wicca and how to cohabitate together. 

• Alternative Rehabilitation / Addiction Therapy Support Group – This is not limited to drugs or alcohol, there are many forms of addiction and many causes for rehabilitation. This is a new group. Currently our group members consist of our coven members but we are here to get the word out: here is another form of help, other than the 12 step AA/NA programs. I am not speaking negatively against these programs, they have helped countless people. However, the 12 step programs did not fully bring me to freedom. I had to discover, for myself, that I was not powerless over my former addiction but that I, and I alone, am responsible for my own recovery. The 12 step program teaches: you are powerless and you must admit you are powerless, and to turn your addiction over to a higher power. They will insist that your higher power must be their monotheistic, Christian God. I once asked, "if I don't believe in the male Christian God, then who or what was to be my higher power." I truly was told, "that it could be an oak tree or my set of car keys." Now, while I am not  bashing AA, I must confess, I was a little annoyed that they expected me to put my recovery in the trust of my set of car keys. Um... No! After years of wandering aimlessly and wondering why my set of car keys didn’t make me feel free, I felt like I should just give up. Fortunately for me, my kids had enough love and faith in me to find a way to freedom. I had to realize that I was not powerless, but I held ALL of the power to my sobriety. It was not my car key that was key, but loving myself and believing that I am worth living a life, free from the torments of addiction. I had to accept the responsibility of my own actions. I could not just go to the church and say “forgive me” and poof, I would be clean and sober. Nope, I had to fall, over and over again to realize the old way didn't work for me. I realized that I did not think I was worthy of sobriety. I had done so many bad things, so many things I wished I could undo and so many things I would liked to have taken back, but could not. Then, one day, I realized, "Wow! if my kids still love me, don’t they deserve a mom that loves herself enough to not hold herself prisoner anymore?" That's when it hit me, I had somehow lost that feeling of self-love. I didn’t love myself enough to treat me like the Goddess that I am... In this sometimes cruel world, most of us lose that feeling of self love from a very young age. Whether it’s from abuse, neglect, an unhealthy relationship or self imposed isolation, we stop loving ourselves the just like we stop believing in magic and fairly tales. Well, guess what... I believe in fairly tales and magic again. More importantly, I believe in myself, so too, can you. That is what this recovery support group is all about, self-validation. We do group exercises to help us confront what we want to change about ourselves, those things that oppress us and cause us to self-medicate or self-mutilate and tear ourselves apart. When we address these issues honestly, we can confront and heal ourselves and begin to love ourselves again. We also practice positive self affirmations. If you don’t love you, then why would anyone else? It’s time to forgive, love yourself and walk freely in your own head. In addition to our support group, Angel Healing Therapy, Reiki, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and other various types of energy healings should be discussed as a beneficial means of self support in working towards sobriety and rehabilitation.
